A 3-month-old baby died this morning after the car he was traveling in crashed on the Bruce Highway, approximately 50 kilometers south of Miriam Vale.?

A man and woman, and two boys, both aged under 10, are believed to have sustained minor injuries.

All four were transported to the Bundaberg Base Hospital for treatment.

The baby boy died at the scene.
